Pitbull SLAPPED With Breach Of Contract Lawsuit

According to multiple sources the Timber star has been hit with a lawsuit by Charles Chavez, CEO of Latium Entertainment Inc. in a Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.

The lawsuit is claiming that the “Give Me Everything” singer Breached his Contract and allegedly owes 10 per cent of the income from six of Pitbull’s albums from 2007 to 2013.

Here is what we’ve just learned:

Latium Entertainment Inc. is also requesting an accounting of how much the 35-year-old owes the company.

Chavez also claims he helped Armando Christian Pérez, better known as Pitbull, to become one of the most successful musical artists after he started working with him in 2007.

The lawsuit reads as follows:

“There is no question Pitbull’s career took off after Chavez started managing him.”

“By any standard, during the time that he was managed by Chavez,  Armando Christian Pérez became one of the most celebrated and successful superstars to emerge in the past decade.”

According to the New York Daily News, Chavez is seeking more than $1 million in damages.
